Advanced Occult Astrology provides astrological content, calculators, reports and personal consultations through this Website and through messaging services (collectively, the “Content”). Certain portions of the Content are available without charge (“Free Services”). To receive a personalised reading from Sahil Rao, you must share additional information and make the applicable payment (“Paid Services”). The Free Services and the Paid Services are together referred to as the “Services”.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. By visiting the Website, using any Free Service, or booking and paying for a Paid Service, you engage with our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the additional policies referred to in these Terms and available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, browsers and customers.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, please do not use the Website or any of the Services offered on it. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms. All information and Services displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your booking request constitutes your offer, which we may accept or reject, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Our acceptance takes place when we confirm your booking. If you have given us your email address or WhatsApp number, we will notify you to confirm receipt of your booking request and, separately, to confirm your booking.

Any new features, tools or Services added to the Website will also be governed by these Terms. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Website, without prior notice to existing users. Changes take effect on the date they are posted. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of that change. The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the Terms.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

• “Consultation” means a paid, personal astrological reading given by Sahil Rao, whether by audio call, video call or text chat.
• “Birth Details” means the date, time and place of birth that you provide, together with the latitude, longitude and time zone used to calculate a birth chart.
• “Birth Chart” or “Kundli” means the astrological chart and the calculations, tables and interpretations generated from your Birth Details.
• “User”, “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses the Website or uses the Services.
• “Payment Partner” means the third-party payment gateway through which we collect payments, currently Razorpay.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or purchase any Paid Service, and to enter into a contract with us. By accessing the Website or booking a Consultation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are below 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Persons who are not competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use or transact through this Website.

Those who choose to access this Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with their own local laws, to the extent those laws apply.

Most of the Website is free to use and does not require an account or a payment. The Free Services include, among others, the Kundli (birth chart) calculator, the divisional charts (including D1, D9, D10 and the other varga charts), Vimshottari Dasha, Shadbala, Ashtakavarga, the Panchang and Hora tables, Prashnavali, planetary positions, Yogas and Doshas, Lal Kitab Rin, Ishta Devta, Golden Time Period, Transit (Gochara), Numerology, Tarot reading, Kundli Matching (Gun Milan) and related tools.

The Paid Services consist of personal Consultations with Sahil Rao. The scope, duration and price of each Paid Service are displayed on our Pricing page and at the time of booking. Access to Paid Services requires payment in full, and you agree to comply with the terms applicable to those Paid Services.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any Free Service or Paid Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

Please read this section carefully. Astrology is a traditional system of guidance, interpretation and belief. It is not a science, and it does not predict the future with certainty. The readings, calculations, remedies and interpretations provided through the Website or in a Consultation are offered for guidance, reflection and self-understanding only.

Astrological guidance is not a substitute for professional advice in the fields of medicine, mental health, law, finance, taxation, investment or any other regulated profession. You must not delay, disregard or discontinue professional advice on the basis of anything you read or hear through the Services. For any medical, psychological, legal or financial matter, please consult a qualified professional.

Astrology is inherently interpretive, and outcomes and interpretations vary from person to person and from astrologer to astrologer. We make no guarantee, representation or warranty that any prediction, remedy, timing or recommendation will come true, will work, or will produce any particular result. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a Consultation. All decisions you take after using the Services are your own responsibility, and you should exercise your own judgement and discretion before acting on any guidance.

Certain features on the Website, including the Timing of Marriage feature, are still under development. Their accuracy improves with each update, but we cannot yet guarantee their results. They should be treated as an indication only, and not as a basis for any important decision.

To book a Consultation, you must open the consultation section of the Website, choose your mode (Normal or Urgent) and your type (Audio, Video or Chat), and complete the booking form with your name, Birth Details and a working WhatsApp number and email address. You must then complete payment as described in the following section.

A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and we have acknowledged it. A booking request that has not been paid for is not a confirmed booking.

Once payment is received, we will acknowledge your booking by email and/or WhatsApp on the contact details you provided. Sahil Rao will then contact you on the WhatsApp number you gave us to fix and conduct the Consultation. As an indication of the usual timeline:

• For an Urgent Consultation, Sahil Rao will normally contact you within 7 days.
• For a Normal Consultation, Sahil Rao will normally contact you within 14 days.

These timelines are indicative and may be affected by volume of work, festivals, illness, travel or other circumstances beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. Time is not of the essence for the performance of a Consultation.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on our Pricing page and at the time of booking. The following are our current indicative prices for a 20-minute Consultation:

• Normal · Audio or Video — ₹900
• Urgent · Audio — ₹1,200
• Normal · Video — ₹2,000
• Urgent · Video — ₹2,300
• Chat Consultation — ₹499 (Normal) and ₹699 (Urgent)

The price that applies to your booking is the price displayed at the time you book. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue any Service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, suspension or discontinuance.

Payment is collected through our Payment Partner, Razorpay, using UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking. We do not store your full card details on our Website. Where a payment is made in a currency other than Indian Rupees, the transaction amount will be converted to Indian Rupees before the payment is accepted, and currency conversion charges may apply according to your card issuer’s policy. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price.

Prices and offers may change from time to time, and no two bookings are required to be priced identically.

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. In summary:

• If you cancel a Consultation, any refund due to you will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation, back to the original payment method.
• If we are unable to conduct your Consultation for any reason on our side, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund, at your choice.
• Consultations that have already been conducted are not refundable.
• If you have booked a Chat Consultation and the chat has already begun, the booking is treated as consumed.

To cancel or reschedule, please write to us at sahilyadavy251@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 93060 09161 with your booking details. Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer once we have processed the refund.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking and payment information for every booking you make through the Website. You agree to promptly update your contact details so that we can complete your booking and contact you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or decline bookings made by the same person, on the same contact number, or using the same payment method. If we cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or WhatsApp number you provided at the time of booking, and any amount already paid for that cancelled booking will be refunded to you.

The Website, and the material and content contained in it, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated by us in writing. The material on this Website is for general information only, and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions, without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Website is at your own risk.

Astrological calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of the Birth Details you supply, the ayanamsa and the conventions used, and the assumptions made in the software. A small error in the birth time, in particular, can change a reading significantly. We are not responsible for a reading, chart or report that is based on incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

This Website may contain historical information. Historical information is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on it. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Website.

We specifically do not represent or guarantee that the Website materials, or any portion of our Services, are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free, or that the Website or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

By using the Services, you agree that you will:

• Provide correct, complete and accurate Birth Details and contact information, and not use another person’s birth details without their consent.
• Be available at the agreed time on the WhatsApp number you provided, and inform us promptly if you need to reschedule.
• Treat Sahil Rao and our team with courtesy. Abusive, threatening, obscene or unlawful behaviour during a Consultation may result in the Consultation being ended immediately, without refund.
• Not record, copy, publish, resell or redistribute a Consultation, or the reading given to you, without our prior written permission.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose prohibited by these Terms.

We collect and handle your personal information, including your Birth Details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please note the following important points about how the Website works:

• The kundli calculators on this Website run inside your browser. The Birth Details you enter for a free calculation are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us for that purpose.
• Saved kundlis are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not stored on our servers. If you clear your browser data, or use another device, those saved kundlis will not be available.
• When you book a Consultation, the details you enter in the booking form (including your name, Birth Details, WhatsApp number and email address) are sent to us by email and/or messaging service so that we can contact you and prepare for your reading.
• Please do not enter any sensitive information (such as bank details, card numbers, passwords or identity documents) in any free-text field on the Website.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card information is handled by our Payment Partner and is encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, any use of the Service, or any access to the Service, without our express written permission.

You are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of this Website, including without limitation:

• Accessing or forging data not intended for you or for other users, or logging into a server or account you are not authorised to access.
• Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website, its systems or its networks, or to breach its security or authentication measures, without proper authorisation.
• Interfering with the Service to any other user, host or network, including by submitting a virus, malware, spyware or ransomware to the Website, or by overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing or crashing it.

We are and shall be under no obligation to keep any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Service or on any related website, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

In addition to the other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Website or its content:

You may share the “Share Kundli” image generated by the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not remove or alter any branding, watermark or attribution contained in it.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods, or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Advanced Occult Astrology, Sahil Rao, or any of our affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any products or services procured using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a Consultation is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that Consultation. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the free use of the Website is limited to ₹1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on this Website infringes your copyright, or that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us at sahilyadavy251@gmail.com with:

You agree not to use the Website or the Services to post, upload, transmit or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, harmful to a child, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.

We reserve the right to remove any such content and to report it to the appropriate authorities, and to cooperate fully with any lawful order or request relating to such content, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our Website.

If, in our sole judgement, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may accordingly deny you access to our Services, or any part of them.

If such an event occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected Consultation or, where a reschedule is not possible, to refund any amount paid for the affected Consultation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hisar, Haryana, India.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any right or remedy that you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law, and nothing in these Terms requires you to give up your right to approach a consumer forum or any other statutory authority.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes on our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes.
