We collect only what we need to give you a consultation and to run this website properly.

• Booking details: your name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Payment information: the amount paid, the payment status and a transaction reference. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials — these are handled directly by our payment partner.
• Communication: messages and screenshots that you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

This is important, and it is good news for your privacy:

• All the free kundli calculators on this website run entirely inside your browser. The birth details you type for a free calculation are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us for that purpose.
• Saved kundlis are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not stored on our servers. If you clear your browser data, or use a different device, those saved kundlis will not be available.
• Your theme, animation and other preferences are also stored locally on your device.

Birth details are sent to us only when you choose to book a paid consultation.

• To prepare and give your astrology consultation.
• To contact you about your booking, your slot and your payment.
• To process payments and, where applicable, refunds.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To keep accounting and tax records, as required by law.

We do not use your birth details for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as is necessary:

• Razorpay — to process your payment securely.
• Email and messaging services — so that your booking reaches us and your confirmation reaches you.
• Hosting provider — which serves this website to your browser.
• Google Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics only, as explained in Section 8. No name, birth details, phone number or email is ever sent to it.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

We keep booking and payment records only for as long as we need them to give you the consultation and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. After that, they are deleted or anonymised. Data stored in your browser stays on your device until you clear it yourself.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. Payments are handled by Razorpay on its secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems, and this website is served over HTTPS (encrypted). However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please never send us your card number, UPI PIN, bank password, OTP or any identity document over WhatsApp or email.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your personal information, where we are not required by law to keep it.
• Stop contacting you for anything other than a booking you have made.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run advertising networks on this website. The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember things on your own device — such as your saved kundlis and your display preferences. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used in aggregate — for example how many people visit, which pages they read, and how far they scroll. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf. IP addresses are anonymised, and we never send it your name, birth details, phone number, email or any other information that could identify you. You can opt out at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our paid services are intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Significant changes may be announced on the website.
