The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp on +91 93060 09161. You can send your booking details, your payment screenshot, or any question directly there, and we will reply personally.
Please do not send your card number, UPI PIN, bank password, OTP or any identity document on WhatsApp. We will never ask you for these.
You can also write to us at sahilyadavy251@gmail.com. Please include your name, the date of booking and your payment reference, so that we can find your booking quickly.
BOOKING & PAYMENT HELP
If you are having trouble booking or paying, tell us on WhatsApp and we will help you complete it. Payment is collected securely through our payment partner Razorpay. See our Pricing page for the plans and prices, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy if you need to cancel.
GRIEVANCE / COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with our service, please write to sahilyadavy251@gmail.com with your booking details and a short description of the problem. We will look into it and respond within 7 working days.
We will always try to resolve your concern fairly and promptly. Nothing in our policies takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.
